TRAC Bus Received the National Wahana Adigana and Abdi Yasa Awards

TRAC Bus Services, a bus rental business of SERA under PT United Automobil Sembilan Puluh Utama, won second place in the Medium Company, namely Tourism Passenger Transportation category at the Ministry of Transportation’s Wahana Adhigana and Abdi Yasa awards. This national award ceremony was held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Pullman Hotel, Jakarta.

This award was presented by the government to acknowledge passenger and goods transport companies for their quality, trustworthy, and safety-first services. The selection of winners includes three steps: coordination and criteria setting, registration and assessment (via self-assessment, customer satisfaction surveys, performance surveys, and field visits), and the awards ceremony.

Tatan Rustandi, Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Transportation, handed the award to Bill Edbert, Operation Manager of TRAC Bus. “This award shows the hard work of the TRAC Bus team, who always aim to give the best service to our customers, with safety and comfort as top priorities in their trips. We will continue to maintain and improve our service standards in the future,” he said.
