TRAC Secures the Superbrands Award Again in 2024

TRAC, one of the business units of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), once again proved its existence in the vehicle rental industry by receiving an award at the 2024 Superbrands Gala Awards. During the event, held on September 27, 2024, at The Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place, South Jakarta, TRAC received an award in the Car Rental category.

This prestigious award was given based on the survey conducted by Nielsen in six major cities across Indonesia: Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Makassar. The selection was conducted based on five major indicators: market domination, sustainability, positive brand image, customer loyalty, and overall brand perception.

Grandtyana Mayasari, CEO of Superbrands Indonesia, congratulated TRAC for its achievement in her opening speech. The award certificate was presented directly by Grandtyana to Luki Prasetio, TRAC’s Regional Manager in Jakarta, and Desti Indriyasari, TRAC’s Rental Head of Retail.
