To celebrate National Customer Day on 4 September 2024, PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) and all its subsidiaries held various activities as a token of appreciation for external and internal customers who have been a vital part of the company’s success.
A special festive event was held to welcome customers in each subsidiary. A team from each subsidiary also conducted an exclusive visit to the customers to give souvenirs and ask for feedback on the services provided.
Meanwhile, internally, the company gave a gesture of acknowledgment to the frontline employees and other personnel supporting the company’s operational activities to foster a comfortable and safe environment. They include the receptionists, security staff, drivers, and cleaning service staff. In this event, SERA also highlighted the importance of each individual’s role in delivering the best customer service.
