For auction participants, winning an auction for the items they are targeting is undoubtedly a dream come true. Moreover, the process of participating in auctions has become much easier with online auctions. Participants can now join an auction from anywhere without needing to travel to the location, even if they are in a different city.
The only problem is, how do you ship the item once you win the bid? Shipping can be a common challenge, especially when it is a car.
If you participate in an IBID auction, there’s no need to worry. The car you win can be delivered directly to you without needing to visit the branch.
It is easy. The IBID application now features a logistics delivery option. This service partners with Serasi Logistik (SELOG), a subsidiary of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA).

This feature is available for delivery to several locations in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and other major cities outside of Java. For more information, click here.
SELOG serves as the logistics partner for shipping. This service is available exclusively to auction winners who have completed payment for both the vehicle and shipping costs.
It’s applicable only for car units with inspection grade scores of A and B, according to Astra Car Valuation (ACV) results.
Delivery will only occur if the recipient’s name matches the ID card details recorded on the IBID website and application.
The delivered car must correspond to the data listed on the IBID website and application.
Delivery will be conducted only after the auction winner has completed their payment under the following conditions:
The maximum payment period is 5 working days from the announcement of the auction winner. If payment is not received within this period, the winner will be considered in default.
The shipping fee must be paid within two working days after the payment for the used car is made. If the shipping fee is not paid within this period, the transaction will also be declared in default, and the auction winner will be required to pick up the vehicle at the IBID branch where the auction took place.
Shipping invoices will be sent to the winner’s email registered on the IBID website or application.

There are two delivery methods available:
Self-drive: The car is delivered by a driver appointed by the logistics partner. The fee for this service is 0.71% of the total price.
Towing: The car is delivered using a towing truck provided by the logistics partner, with a fee of 0.1% of the total price.
Additionally, IBID requires that upon arrival at the destination, the recipient must show the original ID card as recorded on the IBID website or application.
Once you have won the auction, you can apply for car shipping, both within the island and to locations outside it, using the IBID application. Follow these steps:
Open the Transaction menu, then click Confirm on the car you have won.
Select the Payment Type and Payment Method, then click Continue. Next, select Delivery to Location as the delivery option.
Fill out the forms for the recipient and delivery destination. Make sure the recipient’s name matches the name on the auction winner’s ID card.
Select either the Self-drive or Towing delivery option. The total insurance and delivery charges will be displayed.
Make the payment for the shipping fee within two days after completing the car payment.
After payment, you can check your Purchase Status to monitor the delivery process.
