Birthday Lineup can be used as an icebreaker game for each group. The gameplay is pretty simple. First, divide your co-workers into small groups, each consisting of up to 4 persons.
Set the time limit for each group to line up in order of their birthdays. The order can be from oldest (born in January) to youngest (born in December) or vice versa.
But remember, the challenge is that participants are not allowed to speak when completing their tasks. Only gestures are allowed.
Once they finish, the moderator will check the order by asking about their dates of birth, from the first to the last person in the lineup. As this game is an icebreaker, you may or may not award points to the fastest group to create its lineup.

Charades are neither easy nor difficult to play. To play the game, randomly select a person from each group to represent their group. Each of these persons is then given a word or phrase that they will act out.
The remaining group members must answer correctly to gain points. If their answer is wrong, the other groups are allowed to guess the correct answer and get the points instead.
The Whisper Challenge will really test the participants’ patience. To play the game, choose 2 persons from each group or split the group into pairs. Both players must use headphones with music playing loud enough so that the other’s voice can only be heard faintly.
One player is tasked with saying a phrase shown to them while the other tries to guess it. The phrase can only be passed down verbally; gesturing or whispering the phrase in another language is not allowed.
To add more fun to the game, set a time limit so that it doesn’t get stuck for too long. The group or pair with the most correct guesses is the winner.

Musical Chairs is an exciting game for children, and adults can also find the game amusing. You only need to arrange chairs where there is one chair less than the number of players.
Next, start the music and the players will walk around the chairs. When the music stops, a player who doesn’t sit on a chair is eliminated and loses the game. Repeat the process until only one player remains.
Despite its serious-sounding name, Two Truths and a Lie is a lighthearted game. Each player writes 2 truthful statements and 1 false statement about themselves on a piece of paper.
