IBID Customer Relations Officer has three primary functions. First, developing strategies and programs related to customers (this includes customer service, service quality, customer relations, and customer culture).
Second, restoring service by submitting complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring problem resolution. Third, carrying out program socialization and monitoring the implementation of all concepts related to customer relations in branch and head offices.
If you’re interested, have a look at the qualifications for this job. You should have a minimum education of D3 (Diploma 3) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00, be either a fresh graduate or have experience in Customer Service, and have good communication skills.
The job of a TRAC Mechanic is to carry out regular maintenance and repairs on vehicle units (cars). If you’re interested in this role, the qualifications are as follows.
It would be best if you had a minimum education of a Diploma in an Automotive Vocational School or a Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00. Being a fresh graduate or having experience as a car mechanic is a plus for you. You should be 28 years old at the most and prepared to be placed all over Indonesia.
The main task of a SELOG Warehouse Officer is to manage warehouse operational activities, monitor the process of goods going in and out of the warehouse, ensure warehouse operational activities run according to procedures, and make periodic reports related to warehouse activities.

The qualifications for this role are a D3 education in any major, a minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing, and readiness to be assigned to Bandung, Tasikmalaya, or Sukabumi.
This position is responsible for implementing HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures and policies in all SERA officesand coordinating the implementation of HSE training and socialization.
The analyst is also required to build HSE culture, ensure all employees take part in it, and coordinate with HR to make sure that the job responsibilities and technical competencies are in line with HSE-related provisions.
What are the requirements for this role? You should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00, being a fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of experience in related fields, and familiar with conducting training. Those with AK3U (Occupational Safety and Health Expertise) proficiency will have the upper hand for this position.

If you become a finance staff, you’ll be fully responsible for daily activities related to accounting, finance, and administration. To apply for this position, you must have an educational background of either D3 or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
This position is available for fresh graduatesbut those with experience will be prioritized. You need to have a keen eye for handling documents and good communication skills. You must also be a hard worker and have high integrity.
