TRAC Receives the Triple Platinum Award at Indonesia Best Brand Award

Serasi Autoraya, specifically TRAC, received its fifth award in 2023. TRAC was awarded the Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. The event, entitled Navigating Multiple Challenges to Become Best Brand: Lesson Learnt from The Champion, was conducted by SWA Magazineand Mars Indonesia Digital.

IBBA is an appreciation created for brands successfully developing and maintaining excellent reputations in Indonesia. In 2023, IBBA has conducted a survey involving 5000 respondents. It has several indexes such as Top-of-Mind Advertising, Top-of-Mind Brand, Brand Share, and Satisfaction and Gain to determine the best brand for various product categories.

TRAC receives the IBBA 12 times in a row. Thus, in 2023, it finally received the Triple Platinum Award. SERA’s Corporate Communications & Marketing Division Head, Fransisca, received the award directly from the Group Chief Editor of SWA Media, Kemal E. Gani, and Mars Digital Indonesia's Chief Executive Officer, Radhi Hersemiaji Kartowisastro.
