TRAC Is Named the Best Car Rental Provider

TRAC, one of Serasi Autoraya’s subsidiaries, maintained its positive image by winning the Corporate Image Award 2023 for the car rental provider category. Presented by Marketing magazine and Frontier Consulting Group, this award marks the company’s unabating positive corporate image for nine years in a row.

The award was conferred in a ceremony at Grha SERA in Sunter on October 11, 2023, to Fransisca, SERA’s Corporate Communications and Marketing Division Head, on behalf of the company, by Apipudin Apip, the Research Director of Frontier Consulting Group. TRAC scored 1,941 points, the highest in the category’s index, indicating a reasonably significant increase over the company’s previous year’s score.

The index was drawn from responses from 3,000 survey participants, which included the public, corporate leaders, investors, and journalists from several news outlets. Four aspects were measured in the index: quality, performance, corporate responsibility, and attractiveness.
