TRAC, one of the subsidiaries of Serasi Autoraya, received Services Quality Award for the 13th time. The awarding ceremony was held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, in Grha SERA, Sunter. Steven Sentosa, President Director of MARKETING Magazine, presented the award to Fransisca, SERA Corporate Communication and Marketing Division Head.
TRAC has received the Diamond title and the highest score in the Car Rental category with a Services Quality Index (SQI) of 4.2613. The score was from surveys with 3,500 participants from four big cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and Medan. This award consists of two assessment dimensions: Perceived Service Quality (PSQ) to assess the customer’s perception of the service, and Perceived Service Value (PSV) to assess the customer’s perception of price appropriateness compared to the provided service.
Receiving this award for 13 years straight proves that TRAC provides consistent services to customers by maintaining its service quality and gradually developing new innovations.
