Growing Further Beyond, SERA DAY 2022

On December 15th, 2022, PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) organized an annual event, SERA Day 2022 bringing the tagline “Growing Further Beyond” under the theme of resilience and sustainability. The theme of resilience and sustainability reflects the company’s commitment to ensuring everyone at SERA always hones their skills so they can tackle future challenges and make all aspects of the company’s business sustainable.The event took place virtually via Zoom. All levels of SERA Group management and the Most Valuable Employee (MVE) award finalists for the year 2022 attended the event.

The event was opened with all attendees singing SERA’s march song, followed by an opening speech by Gidion Hasan, SERA’s President Commissioner. “I hope everyone at SERA is ready and confident to move into 2023. We can do this by continue cultivating the will to improve ourselves and adapt to all kinds of situations. This will ensure the company and everyone in it are resilient in facing challenges to realize sustainable business and a better version of self. I believe that with a good spirit and optimistic mindset, everyone at SERA will unlock new abilities and outlooks that will be useful in the company’s daily operations. I also believe it will help everyone here to build resilience and optimism in tackling challenges and hardships,” stated Gidion Hasan.

Afterward, a town hall meeting was held. During the meeting, SERA’s management explained the company’s performance throughout 2022 and its strategy and direction for the year 2023, which will be implemented based on the issued letter of the president. The explanation was delivered in turn by the SERA management staff members. A question and answer session was then held for the management and employees. Furthermore, there were singing and dancing performances by the talented staff members of SERA.

Additionally, SERA Award was given during the event. The award was given based on the results of the business or service performance assessment at the branch office level and corporate function at the head office level. This year’s SERA Award categories include SERA Best Branch, which was given to each SERA business unit, SERA Best Supporting Corporate Function, and SERA Most Valuable Employee. A video containing the commitment of each business unit head for the year 2023 was played to build optimism and shared commitment to achieving the goals of 2023.
