On November 18, 2022, TRAC Cikarang invited all residents of Rukun Tetangga 01, the Head of Kenanga IV Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) and the staff, and the administrative officers of the Government of Serang Village, Cikarang to participate in a community service project to build sanitary and clean water facilities and drainage for the posyandu, which is located in TRAC Cikarang’s concentric zone 1. The project was called “Hygiene Friday: Working Toward a Self-Sustaining, Stunting-Free Posyandu (Jumat Bersih & Sehat, Menuju Posyandu Mandiri Bebas Stunting)”
“Our deepest gratitude goes to TRAC for the assistance it provided for Kenanga IV Posyandu, enabling us to have sanitary and clean water facilities. We hope this will go a long way toward achieving our goal, which is to achieve a self-sustaining status for our posyandu” said Oban, the Head of RT 01.
Being one of the company’s corporate social responsibility programs, the project showcased TRAC’s commitment to SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) Number 3, 11, and 17, which aim to foster good health in the community, support sustainable urban and community-focused initiatives, and build partnerships to achieve common goals. It is hoped that similar projects can be introduced in the future on a regular basis, making positive contributions to the local community.
“With the access to sanitary and clean water facilities, people here can have a clean and healthy living environment. We hope that the residents of RT 01 and the Head of Kenanga IV Posyandu can take good care of the facilities,” the Head of TRAC Cikarang Branch, Joko Setiawan, concluded.
