SERA Tournament 2022

After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) held the SERA Tournament 2022 once more. Three sports branches competed in the event, which was held on October 22, 2022: 3-on-3 Basketball, Men’s Futsal, and Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles Badminton. This tournament was open to all SERA employees, especially those in Jabodetabek, so that everyone may take part. 

With the theme “Synergy of SERA” as one of the SERA Spirit values, namely cooperation, this event was expected to improve communication and interaction between employees. “We hope that cohesiveness through sports may also affect the quality of collaboration at work, resulting in increased employee productivity,” said Kartika Ryan Sanjaya, SERA’s Corp Human Resources Division Head.

The SERA Tournament was held in two venues, namely the TIFOSI Sports Center for the main site and the Pondok Bambu Sports Hall for badminton. SERA’s Human Resources division organized the annual event, which was attended by SERA’s three business lines, namely the Transportation Solutions (TRAC), Pre Owned Car Sales (mobil88 and IBID), and Logistics (SELOG), as well as all corporate functions at the head office level. 

A total of 313 participants were divided into 56 participating teams to represent SERA’s head office and business lines for the Jabodetabek area. The spirit of SERA people radiated from the numerous participants and supporters who attended. The winners of each sport were announced immediately after the game was over.
