To celebrate the 340th anniversary of Bandar Lampung, TRAC participated in the cleaning challenge with the community members living in the surrounding area by renovating siring (ditch) next to the TRAC Lampung office on 21–22 July 2022. Besides, TRAC also supplied building materials such as sand, cement, and split stone.
“We appreciate TRAC’s assistance in renovating this siring. After this, may our environment be cleaner and tidier, and we win the cleaning challenge on the anniversary of Bandar Lampung,” said a community member taking part in this volunteer work.
Embracing the philosophy of Catur Dharma Astra and SERA Spirit, TRAC’s participation shows their commitment to a clean environment and teamwork to effectively accomplish common goals. This activity is part of TRAC’s Corporate Social Responsibility. TRAC hopes to do it regularly to have a positive impact on the local community.
“By working towards the Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs, we believe that TRAC, in particular, can encourage other business units to care about the environment and community members to manage global climate change,” concluded Donny Gideon, the Branch Manager of TRAC Bandar Lampung.
