A recertification procedure has been carried out by TUV Rheinland for PT Serasi Autoraya and it successfully kept the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard certification for the seventh time. The success reflects TRAC’s ability to run its business and meet the various needs of its customers under the international quality standards, in addition to taking full responsibility for the quality of its products.
ISO 9001:2015 itself is a standard for a quality management system issued by the International Organization for Standardization, also known as ISO. The certification aims to help companies to ensure that their products or services can meet all customers’ needs in accordance with the quality standards applicable to both legal and business process aspects. To obtain this certification, a company is required to have been implementing a quality management system for at least three months and to have passed a certification audit.
The audit process, held on 20–28 June 2022, was carried out in seven operational areas of PT Serasi Autoraya from SERA Head Office to TRAC operating branches, including TRAC Rental Jakarta, TRAC Jakarta 1, TRAC Makassar, TRAC Cilegon, and TRAC Cikarang. This audit process was conducted both online and on-site (direct visit to the location).
The ISO 9001:2015 certification introduces a direct positive impact on TRAC, especially in the form of improved trustworthiness and credibility in the eyes of the customers due to its excellent quality of organizational management. TRAC aims to maintain the quality management standards that have been implemented and continue to innovate to provide the best services whose focus is on quality and customers’ satisfaction.
