IBID Joins The Celebration Of 114 Years Of Auctions In Indonesia

Jakarta - Celebrating 114 years of auctions in Indonesia, the Directorate-General of State Assets Management of the Republic of Indonesia (DJKN) organized the 2022 Gebyar Lelang UMKM (Auction Festival for MSMEs), which was held virtually and broadcast live on DJKN’s Youtube channel on Thursday (24/03). Officially registered with and supervised by DJKN since 2007, IBID was among the Indonesian auction houses attending the event.

At the event, IBID, representing auction houses across Jakarta, commemorated the anniversary by having its representatives recite pantuns and wear traditional Betawi dress. On the same occasion, Daddy Doxa Manurung, the President Director of IBID, told the story of IBID’s online auction transformation, which has enabled the company to organize auctions completely on the internet during the pandemic. In addition to explaining how IBID’s online auction works, Doxa went on to mention various advantages of the company’s online auctions that can be found on the company’s website and application.
