SERA INCREASED THE CAPITAL OF PT SERASI MITRA MOBIL

Jakarta – PT Serasi Mitra Mobil (SMM), a subsidiary of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), better known as mobil88, has obtained approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for its increase in Authorized Capital, Paid-In Capital, and Issued Capital on October 29, 2021.

SMM issued 230,000 new shares worth Rp 230,000,000,000,- which were all taken by SERA. Therefore, 99.9996% of SMM’s shares (254.999 shares worth Rp99.9996%) are owned by SERA, while 0.0004 of shares (1 share worth Rp1 million) is owned by PT Balai Lelang Serasi. The fund obtained by SSM will be used to support its business activities.
