Jakarta – TRAC, a subsidiary of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA), won the Top Brand Award for the "Car Rental" category. This is not the first time TRAC has obtained this award. In fact, TRAC has managed to defend this title since 2010.
"This success is the result of TRAC's consistency in continuing to provide innovation, service, and convenience to its customers. By utilizing superior resources and the best technology, TRAC believes that it will be able to provide the best experience and convenience for customers in accessing the services offered by TRAC. One of the concrete examples is the TRACtoGo application, which is expected to be able to answer customer needs for car or bus rental rentals," said SERA’s Marketing Division Head, Fransisca, as the recipient of the award from Hartono Hermanto as Frontier's Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The TOP Brand Award is an award initiated by the Frontier Group, an organization that has consistently provided insights regarding brand analysis toward consumers for existing business players for more than 20 years.
In selecting the Top Brand Award winners, Marketing Magazine and Frontier Group collected data from a total of 14,040 respondents from 15 cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Palembang, Samarinda, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Malang, Manado, and Banjarmasin. The data collection methodology is in the form of direct interview using questionnaire as a means of collecting data.
The three assessment parameters in the Top Brand Index (TBI) are top of mind awareness which is based on respondents, last used which is based on the brand that was last used or consumed by respondents in one repurchase cycle, and lastly the future intention which is based on the brand that the respondents want to use or consume in the future.
"Nevertheless, TRAC will keep making continuous improvements to provide the best service for our customers so that maximum customer satisfaction can be achieved," said Fransisca.
