RESULTS OF SERA’S 2021 GMS

Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) announces the resolutions of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on Tuesday (16/04). The composition of members of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors for the current year remains unchanged from the previous year based on the Circular Resolutions of the Company’s Shareholders (“Shareholders’ Resolutions”). Based on the resolutions, the composition of members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is as follows:

The change in the composition of members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is effective from the closing of annual GMS on April 16, 2021 until the annual RUPS in 2022.

Meanwhile, information disclosure related to the change in composition is also in line with the regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding disclosure of information or material fact by issuers or public companies.
