TRAC again recorded an achievement and proved that it was the best brand in the Car Rental category in the Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2019. The awarding ceremony was held on Thursday (November 27, 2019) in Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.
Marketing Division Head Fransisca attended the ceremony that night to receive the award. The achievement marked TRAC’s eight successive years as the champion in the category.
The annual event is held by the magazine SWA in partnership with survey institute Mars. IBBA is designed as an event for brand holders in Indonesia to share experience and knowledge. The research is carried out in 148 categories in 13 industries.
IBBA is a benchmark of consumers’ acknowledgement of brands. Five variables are used to measure Brand Performance Index: Brand Popularity, Brand Quality, Brand Share, Brand Satisfactory and Loyalty, and Brand CAP (Customer Acquisition Power).
TRAC will keep innovating following the development of the market, so that it can fulfill the customers’ needs and provide the best service.
