Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) held a seminar on healthy lifestyle presented by Durifah Kliwon, Sunter Jaya Administrative Village Family Planning Field Officer at integrated child-friendly public space (RPTRA) Sunter Jaya Berseri, North Jakarta. On the same occasion, SERA also donated wash basin facility.
Aside from seminar on hygiene, SERA also invited Dr Hernalom Gultom, a representative of Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control Office Unit (Sudin PPAPP), to give presentation about negative impacts of bullying on children's mental health.
"Parents are expected to be creative in helping their bullied children, especially in building the children's confidence," Dr Hernalom said on Tuesday (October 30).
The event was attended by around 120 participants comprising parents or students' guardians and early childhood education center (PAUD) teachers in Sunter Jaya administrative village. Not only that, Gerry Hendiansa as representative of SERA management was also present to inaugurate the wash basin facility.
"We hope that our corporate social responsibility program can improve the quality of life of the local residents," Gerry said.
This activity was in line with SERA's effort to give benefits as a form of social and environmental responsibility. In the education pillar of CSR, SERA is committed to improving education quality through training or donation of education-supporting infrastructures.
Aside from traffic campaign, several other programs are also running, like SERA Mengajar and Sekolah Binaan. Please click this page to find further information about SERA's CSR programs.
