SERA Announces Changes in Boards of Commissioners and Directors

Jakarta – PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) announced that they have decided on changes in the members of the company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. The changes were decided in the annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held in Grha SERA, North Jakarta, on Tuesday (May 22).

Based on the decisions made, the new Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors are as follows:

Commissioner: Henry Tanoto

Independent Commissioner: Lukito Dewandaya

Board of Directors

President Director: Firman Yosafat Siregar

Director: Edy Gunawan

Director: Hadi Winarto

Director: Yudas Tadeus Go Wie Lien

The changes in the company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors are in force since the closing of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2018, until the annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.

Meanwhile, the disclosure of information regarding the changes was made according to the regulation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) No. 31/POK.04/2015 on the disclosure of information or material facts by issuers or public companies.
