Trans Jawa Toll Road Ready to be Used for Homebound Trips in 2018

Facing the annual tradition of homebound season, the government has prepared various ways to help travelers reach their hometowns safely and comfortably. One of the ways the government has prepared is toll road infrastructure that can already be used during homebound trips, either operationally or functionally.

Trans Jawa toll road that connects Jakarta and Surabaya, for example. The government has ensured that the toll road, which is 995 kilometers in length, can be used by homebound travelers for theEid al-Fitr 2018 holiday season.

"Even so, of 995 kilometers of Trans Jawa toll road that can already be used, 237 kilometers are only functional," Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Ministry Highways Director General Arie Setiadi Moerwantosaid to bisnis.tempo.co, Sunday (May 20).

Therefore, Arie stated that the toll road with functional status will be used for one direction with two lanes to maintain safety. This strategy is used so that travelers can use the toll road in the day or at night safely.

Meanwhile, the government is also monitoring the readiness of other new toll roads that will be used during Eid al-Fitr, including the 57.5 kilometer Pejagan-Pemalang toll road and the 34.15 kilometer Gempol-Pasuruan toll road.

Furthermore, Pemalang-Batang toll road, which became an emergency road for homebound trips last year, can be used starting May 2018. A number of other toll road constructions are also being accelerated to finish by H-10 of Eid al-Fitr, for example Batang-Semarang toll road.

However, several toll roads have actually started operations, such as the 49.5 kilometer Ngawi-Wilangan toll road. This construction, according to President Joko Widodo, can cut travel time from Jakarta to Ngawi during homebound trips.

"The distance of Jakarta-Ngawi that is usually traveled in 24-26 hours can be cut to 9-10 hours," the president said at the inauguration of the toll road, as reported by Kompas.com, Friday (March 30).

On the same occasion, the president also instructed the PUPR Ministry to integrate toll roads with several other facilities and infrastructures such as airports, ports, sea special economic zones, and industrial areas.

With the operations of some parts of Trans Jawa toll road, the government is optimistic that homebound trips in 2018 will be better than in last year. There are more alternative roads now so that the volume of vehicles can be split.

On the other hand, the need for transportation asEid al-Fitrapproaches has become crucial for people who want to go back to their hometowns. Safe and reliable transportation is certainly needed for going through the homebound routes, especially the toll roads that are only functional.

Thus, to fulfill the people's needs, mobil88 as a subsidiary of PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) provides high-quality used cars as options of vehicles to be used for homebound trips.

Quality does not need to be doubted because mobil88 guarantees that all the cars it sells are in prime condition and ready to be used. In fact, mobil88 dares to give buyback guarantee for consumers' comfort when buying cars.

Moreover, mobil88 also gives various after-sales services such as one-year free service, free insurance, and free car detailing. With these benefits, consumers can feel calm when using the cars for homebound trips.

Furthermore, the choices of cars in mobil88 are very diverse. Consumers can choose cars according to their needs, for example cars that can accommodate a big family for homebound trip.

Therefore, it is hoped that people can enjoy safer and more comfortable homebound trips with shorter travel time.
