SERA’s Bonds Oversubscribed at 178%

Jakarta – Investor Gathering held by PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) on Wednesday (March 28, 2018) in Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place, managed to attract investors. According to the latest data, the company’s bonds were oversubscribed at 178%, exceeding expectations.

SERA registered to issue shelf offering I phase I year 2018 worth Rp500 billion. However, investor demand was recorded at Rp892 billion.

The bonds are divided into three Series: Series A Bonds, Series B Bonds, and Series C Bonds, all are issued in scripless form. The bonds are quoted at par value, with interests paid every three months according to the interest due dates.

The bonds issued by SERA, totaling Rp500 billion, are specified as follows: Rp80 billion of Series A (1 year) with 6.10% coupon, Rp253 billion of Series B (3 years) with 7.75% coupon, and Rp167 billion of Series C (5 years) with 8.35% coupon.

The first interest is due to be paid on July 27, 2018, while the last payment is due on May 7, 2019, for Series A; April 27, 2021, for Series B; and April 27, 2023, for Series C.
