Celebrate The 28th Anniversary, SERA Commits to keep Striving for The Best

Time passes by, generation comes and ends. Without anyone realizing it, today PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) celebrates its 28th anniversary. Through constant dedication of SERA people in all over the nation, SERA is able to keep working to strave for the best.

As the result, SERA became one of the biggest and the most well-experienced infrastructure and logistic company in Indonesia. SERA Group that consists of TRAC, mobil88, IBID, SELOG, and ORENZ Taxi, have proved their credibilities by—for example—achieving various recognitions.

"But we can't easily feel satisfied," said President Director of SERA Firman Yosafat Siregar in the opening speech of SERA’s 28th anniversary celebration at Graha SERA, Jakarta, on Thursday (March 22).

According to him, all SERA people need to keep improving so that we are ready to face global challenge and fierce competition.

"Of course business growth needs product differentiation in order to give the best service for customer. To provide product differentiation, creative innovation is needed," said Mr Yosafat.

Innovation itself can only be done by a company that has diversity mindset. Therefore, leaders of the company must have inclusive personality in order to grow diversity culture. In the end, it will encourage creativity to innovate.

"I am confident that SERA people will keep evolving and delivering more innovations. We will also keep appreciating leaders and talents who are the backbone of SERA’s business growth," said President Director of SERA.

One of the innovations that SERA Group have been doing since 2017 is digital transformation. This breakthrough has also been done along with continuous change management.
