TRAC once again recorded an achievement and proved its capability as the best brand in Car Rental category during Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2017 event that was held on Thursday (October 4) in Shangri La Hotel, Jakarta.
Marketing Division Head Fransisca attended the event to receive the award that night. This award has increased TRAC’s reputation, as TRAC continued to receive the award for six consecutive years.
The annual event was held by SWA magazine in partnership with research company Mars. IBBA was created as an event to share experiences and knowledge between Indonesia’s brand managers. The research included 148 categories from 13 industries.
IBBA has become one of the perimeters for consumer recognition on brands. IBBA used five variables in measuring Brand Performance Index such asBrand Popularity, Brand Quality, Brand Share, Brand Satisfactory and Loyalty, and Brand CAP (Customer Acquisition Power).
TRAC will continue to develop innovations to keep up with market development and satisfy consumer’s demand. This commitment is in line with the speech delivered by SWA Group Chief Editor Kemal Effendi Gani at the award event.
“Building a brand to become a leading brand in the market cannot only be achieved by integrating all aspects including products, communication, price, and distribution network, but also by marketing digitalization,” Kemal said.
