In 2017, TRAC’s commitment to provide satisfactory service to customers won them Service Quality Award for the ninth time. TRAC obtained the highest of the awards, Diamond, as the best car rental with 4.0295 index score.
In an award ceremony held at Mulia Hotel Ballroom, Senayan, Jakarta (August 3), TRAC Marketing Division Head Fransisca directly received the award from Marketing magazine Managing Director, Adyo Bawono.
The award is a result of assessment made by Carre-Centre for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, in cooperation with Service Excellence magazine. The assessment was based ona survey on 3,000 respondents living in large cities in Indonesia.
TRAC hopes the award will be a reminder for them to continue the effort in improving service to customers. TRAC also hopes to maintain the achievement and to always give satisfactory service in every aspect to the customers in the upcoming years.
