Mr. Yudas Tadeus Go Wie Lien is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed in the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company as Director of the Company since May 2018. He is responsible for departments of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Information and Technology Management, General Affairs, Security and Social Responsibility and Law. Currently, he also serves as the Corporate Secretary of SERA, President Commissioner of PT Serasi Logistics Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Serasi Transportasi Nusantara, PT United Automobil Sembilanpuluh Utama, PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia, PT Daya Mitra Serasi, PT Serasi Mitra Mobil and PT Toyofuji Serasi Indonesia, and as Director of PT Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia. His previous managerial roles include Deputy Director of PT Serasi Autoraya (2015-2018), Corporate Finance and Accounting of PT Serasi Autoraya (2007-2015), Finance and Administration Division Head of PT Astra International Tbk. BMW/Peugeout Sales Operation (2007).

He graduated with a degree in Economics from Institut Bisnis dan Ekonomi Keuangan Jakarta in 1994.

Mr. Mohammad Farauk is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed in the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company as the President Director of the Company since April 2024 and became President Commissioner and member of the Board of Commissioner at several subsidiaries of the Company. He is responsible for all of the Company’s business activities. He served as Service Parts Logistic Division Head PT Toyota Astra Motor (2009-2015), Vehicle Demand Supply Operation Division Head PT Toyota Astra Motor (2016-2018), Network Management Division Head PT Toyota Astra Motor (2018), Strategic Sales Planning 2 Division Head PT Toyota Astra Motor (2018-2019), Marketing Planning Division Head PT Toyota Astra Motor (2020), Director PT Astra Sedaya Finance and Chief Information Technology & Business Development PT Astra Sedaya Finance (2020-2024).

He obtained bachelor’s degree majoring in Economics from Faculty of Economics Parahyangan University at 1996.

Mr. Hadi Winarto is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company as Director of the Company since September 2015. He is responsible for Logistics business unit. He currently serves as President Director of PT Serasi Logistics Indonesia and PT Toyofuji Serasi Indonesia, Vice President Director of PT Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT Daya Mitra Serasi, PT United Automobil Sembilanpuluh Utama, PT Harmoni Mitra Utama, PT Serasi Mitra Mobil, PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia as well as Commissioner of PT Astra Transportasi Indonesia and PT Solusi Mobilitas Bangsa. Other management position that he has held is as TRAC Chief Operating Officer (2015 – 2023).

He obtained bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering Studies from Faculty of Industrial Technology of Trisakti University at 2000.

An Indonesian citizen, appointed as President Commissioner of the Company on April 2022. He currently also serves as Director of PT Astra International Tbk (since April 2016) and several positions as the member of the Board of Directors and/or member of the Board of Commissioners in others Astra’s group companies.

Prior to joining Astra Group, he was the Corporate Finance Manager at Salim Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rogers State University, Oklahoma, USA.

Mr. Henry Tanoto is an Indonesian citizen. He was appointed in the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company as the Commissioner in 2017. He joined with PT Toyota Astra Motor since 1995 and now he serves as the Vice President Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor since 2015. He previously served as the Commissioner of PT Sigap Prima Astrea (2015-2016). He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, in Universitas Trisakti, Indonesia in 1994, Master of Applied Commerce, University of Melbourne, Australia in 2002, and Advanced Management Program, INSEAD, France in 2016.
