Monday, September 9, 2024, PT Serasi Autoraya, TRAC, for the 14th time, won the Service Quality Award for the Car Rental category with a Diamond rating. The offline ceremony took place at the Serasi Autoraya Head Office and the award was received by Fransisca as the Corporate Marketing & Customer Relations Division Head.
The SQ Awards were organized by Marketing magazine and CARRE by conducting direct interviews with customers who had used after-sales services for a product or service in the last six months. The winners were selected based on research on customer satisfaction in two aspects.
They were the Perceived Service Quality (PSQ), which included accessibility, processes, HR, and service solutions, and the Perceived Service Value (PSV), which assessed the worth of a service relative to the price.
This award proves that TRAC is consistent with and committed to providing the best service to its customers. This award also enhances TRAC’s reputation as a market leader in Indonesia’s car rental industry and shows that TRAC’s service quality has been widely recognized and acknowledged.
