Check Out SERA Group’s Lively Celebration of the 79th Indonesian Independence Day

Serasi Autoraya (SERA) and all its subsidiaries were full of enthusiasm in celebrating the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. Built on the national theme “Nusantara Baru, Indonesia Maju” (New Nusantara, Onward Indonesia) decided by the government, SERA simultaneously held ceremonies at the Head Office and all its business units on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

The board of directors and employees attended the ceremony. All participants were engrossed by the hoisting of the Red and White flag, the main event of the Independence Day celebration at SERA.

In addition, during the second week of August, SERA held several competitions in which all employees participated: Bakwan (Bagaikan Pahlawan/Becoming Like Heroes), where they showed their creativity in expressing the spirit of heroism; Cendol (Cerdas Cermat Online/Online Quiz), where they answered questions about Indonesian history and culture; and Es Dawet (Ekspresi Kemerdekaan Lewat Dekorasi Tumpeng/Expressing the Independence through Decorated Tumpeng), where they decorated tumpeng under the theme of independence.

At the Head Office, the last event was Amazing Race, where groups went on a mission reflecting SERA Spirit. This activity brought happiness and promoted togetherness and teamwork among employees.

This celebration is important for all SERA personnel to strengthen nationalism and togetherness as the company is always committed to onward Indonesia.
