If you don’t have a TRACtoGo account yet, you can sign up using your Google or Apple account. Once registered, you’ll receive a verification email. Then, log in to your account using the email address you registered with.
Select your preferred car rental option: self-drive or with a driver. Next, select ‘Rental City’, ‘Start Date’, and ‘Rental Duration’. After making your selections, click the magnifying glass icon to check car availability.
The website will display a selection of available cars along with detailed vehicle information and rental prices. Use the Filter on the left side to sort your car search. You can filter by price range and seating capacity.
After choosing your desired car brand and type, click Pilih (Select) to confirm. If you want to modify your order, click Ubah Pencarian (Change Search) on the right and make the necessary changes.

It will then display your car rental booking information. Double-check the information to make sure everything is correct. When you’re ready, click Lanjut Pesan (Continue Booking) to proceed.
After your booking is confirmed, select your car pick-up location. You can either pick up the car at the TRAC car lot or have it delivered to your location (additional charges apply for locations outside the TRAC car lot). Continue to click Proses Pesanan (Process Booking) at the bottom.
Select virtual account payment from the available banks (Bank Permata, Mandiri, BCA, BNI, and BRI). Don’t forget to enter a voucher code to get discounts. Check the Syarat dan Ketentuan (Terms and Conditions) box and click Proses Pesanan (Process Booking).
Lastly, within 2 hours, make the payment with the virtual account number sent to you. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the booking is complete. You can also check the booking status during the process by going to the Cek Status Pemesanan (Booking Status Check) page.
