TRAC has Consistently Delivered Best Customer Services

Jakarta – TRAC received Service Quality Awards 2022 that was held by Marketing Services Excellent and Carre in car rental category for 12 consecutive years. This award was given by Steven Sentosa, as the President Director of Marketing Group to Fransisca as Marketing Division Head of TRAC, on 27 June 2022 in Grha Sera, Sunter. 


Providing the best services for customers is our priority to maintain customer loyalty and trust. Challenging conditions that we faced for the last two years, was not affecting TRAC to keep innovate and adapt to deliver the best services to its customers. One of its innovations was providing digital channels to give a seamless reservation experience for short-term car rental services in individual customer segment with TRACtoGo, that could be downloaded in Google Play store and App store, as well as a convenience after sales services experience for long-term car rental services in corporate customer segment through TRAC Service apps.

Hopefully with this award, we can continuously give a better standard service ahead to work for.” said Fransisca. 


This award has two assessment dimensions which are a Perceived Services Quality (PSQ), a customers perception about services, relate to Accessibility; Process; People; and Complain handling services aspects, and a Perceived Services Value (PSV) criteria which is a customer perception of equality between the price paid and the service received.
